    I am building top quality UL backpacking gear under the name UL Hiker / JimmyTarps. Ultra Lite Cascade Rain Kilt Skirt. This one fits 32"-42" waist. Made out of 1.1 oz Sil Poly PU2000 rated in a Foliage Green color. Pull on style with Cinch tight shock cord with cord lock. Skirt length is 31" from the waist to bottom hem. Sewn on stuff sack works as a pocket. Waterproof rain skirt has 1 seam to be completely waterproof the seam should be seam sealed. The weight is only 2.1 oz.
